Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Notice. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We disclose personal information to third parties for a variety of business purposes, including to provide the Services, to protect us or others, or in the event of a major business transaction such as a merger, sale, or asset transfer, as described below.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We “sell” your personal information or “share” your personal information for “cross-contextual behavioral advertising” to provide you with “cross-context behavioral advertising” about Wizard’s products and services.

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” of personal information and the “sharing” of personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising.” California residents may exercise these rights by contacting us as set forth in “Contact Us” above. 

DISCLOSURE REGARDING OPT-OUT PREFERENCE SIGNALS 

California residents may opt out of “sales” of personal information and “sharing” of personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising” that are carried out on www.wizard.com by broadcasting the opt-out preference signal known as the Global Privacy Control or GPC (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal). To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, visit the Global Privacy Control website. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use to visit www.wizard.com.

DISCLOSURE REGARDING INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 16

Wizard does not have actual knowledge of any “sale” of personal information of minors under 16 years of age. Wizard does not have actual knowledge of any “sharing” of personal information of minors under 16 years of age for “cross-context behavioral advertising.”
